The Problem
NPCI is sharing only single AEPS raw file with IndusInd bank for Business Correspondent (BC) wise calculation purpose in 3 cycles. The process was manual and used to take entire day for its completion.

Our Approach
Lauren developed bot to download the AEPS file from the NPCI Site and performs calculations. The BOT is schedule 3 times a day as per NPCI cycle.
Our Development Process
The RPA system aims to automate the AEPS process of a Large PSU Bank. This automation will be carried out using Automation Anywhere A360. Bots will be developed to reconcile NPCI data as per BC uploads to MFT. The process involves downloading row files from the NPCI portal in four cycles, processing the files based on BC (Business Correspondence) transactions, and segregating them according to individual transactions. After processing all files across the four cycles, they will be combined into one file per BC and uploaded to the MFT Portal along with supporting documents stored at a specific location.
